Cage Rage 16: Critical Condition was a mixed martial arts event held by the Cage Rage Championships on April 22, 2006 at the Wembley Conference Centre in London, England. The event was televised on Sky Sports in the United Kingdom.

This was the last Cage Rage event to take place at the Wembley Conference Centre, with future events moving to the Wembley Arena and, for the most part, other areas around London. This event also featured a main event of Pride Fighting Championships veteran and future Ultimate Fighting Championship Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva.

The card was hit hard by injuries, one notable fight hit being Gesias Cavalcante vs. Jess Liaudin[1] after Liaudin was sent to hospital during his warm-up after fears that he was dehydrated. Fedor Emelianenko was also in attendance at this event.[2]
